I had the privilege of working with Babs while I was on the staff at Trinity Baptist Church of San Antonio. I was on the staff there for 10 years and during that time I worked with Babs in a variety of activities and programs and it wasn’t until a few years into my tenure there that I realized who Babs really was! She didn’t portray anything other than someone that wanted to serve.
