I met Babs in 2010 when she served as the chairperson of the General Assembly planning committee that I served on – my first GA as a CBF employee. She dazzled me from the beginning. Whenever I saw her after that, I always said, “The party can start now that Babs is here!” She brought light and laughter everywhere and I’m so honored to have known her. Rest In Peace, dear Babs.
